1. The theme of truth and lies occurs throughout the story. Find examples of times when one character lies to another. Are there times when it is better not to know the truth? When are lies used for good reasons and when are lies used to hurt people? What is the difference between a lie and a secret?
2. Now that you have finished, do you still like the book? What's your favorite part? What would you change about the book? Do you think it had a satisfactory ending?

I think that it is actually better if you do know everything, because if you do not know something and when you are alot older and
someone tlls you some big thing that had happened in YOUR life than it can just screw up YOUR whole life.
i am not sure what the differance between a lie and a secret is but I can tell you this, secrets can be used for good because you can keep a secret from some one with a birthday parties or presents or some other surprises.
Yes I still love the book because just last night I was in bed and really wanted to read INKHEART but I couldn't because I had finished the book.
My favorit part was when Cccapricorn died. I was so heppy but yet sooy for Maggie that she had to go through all of the drama but that is what made the book good
A secret is usually something personal and if you don't want to tell thats alright, but this depends on the secret. if somone keeps a big secret from when you were little to long and they tell it to you it can devastate you. alie is something someone tells you to cover up a secret. Unlike secrets lies are not okay.
